Questions about Overseed & Pastor Cohorts

Overseed is not affiliated with one denomination.  Rather, we collaborate with many denominations across New England.
Overseed regularly searches church websites in New England for pastors who might find value in Overseed coaching.  We also network with other New England church leaders who recommend pastors to us.
Overseed cohorts are learning communities focused on coaching towards a healthy pastor and a healthy church.  Our coaching concentrates on growing a pastor’s skillset, being intentional about self-care while leading a flourishing church.  We also make several assessment tools  available to pastors in our cohorts so they can more accurately assess themselves, their churches, and their communities.
Overseed does not charge pastors to be in an Overseed monthly cohort.  The assessment tools have a minimum fee as these are provided by other organizations.
We hold to the Apostles creed, the historic confessions of the church and the National Association of Evangelicals statement of faith
Yes, Overseed is a recognized 501 (c) 3 organization.
